Oversee development of curriculum programs for the College of Liberal Arts at WGU that help students prepare for their assessments using a variety of resources (interactive learning resources, learning communities, courses of study, e-texts, topic chats, and other educational products.)

Direct Liberal Arts Council and senior faculty on development and direction of Liberal Arts program including learning outcomes, competency development, and overall University strategy for undergraduate degrees.

Manage six member team of Product Managers for Liberal Arts (Language & Communication, Critical Thinking, Education Without Boundaries/Orientation, Mathematics, Humanities, Social Science, and Science domains) to develop curriculum, learning resources, and course materials that promote quality courses within established degree programs

Member of Academic Management Team which advises WGU Academic Leadership on all areas of curriculum and student success and engagement

Work with Program Management Development Department and Assessment Development Department on creating new curriculum for undergraduate degree programs and make revisions to the various assessments for the Liberal Arts domains

Collaborate with teams to develop innovative learning resources for Liberal Arts curriculum, including planning and direction, creation of interactive online resources, implementing Learning Management Systems, networking and selecting Learning Resource companies to work with, investigate e-texts and various course materials, and devising learning outcomes, competencies, and objectives for domains

Analyze and track data with engagement in learning resources, pre-assessment results, and assessment pass/fail/completion reports, and provide direction in shoring up learning resources in underperforming areas.

Track success in key performance areas of: pass rates, completion rates, retention, and satisfactory academic progress.

Provide excellent customer service as we work across the university with a variety of mentors, faculty, and staff to ensure student success
